How does my JavaBurn order ship?

We will ship your JavaBurn order directly to your home or office using a premium carrier such as FedEx SmartPost, UPS, or DHL/USPS 

Once your order dispatches from our fulfillment center to the carrier, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. After 24 hours, you will be able to track your order to delivery with the carrier and that tracking number. That way you can PERSONALLY track the order to delivery.

And, you can always send us an email if you can't locate your tracking information, we are happy to help!
