All unopened/sealed Java Burn product must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund under our 60 day money back guarantee. As per our "taken as labeled" guarantee, up to 2 empty/partially used containers from your order will be accepted with your return. All other containers must be returned unopened, undamaged, and seals intact within 60 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund (less S&H).
You DO NOT need an RMA# to return the order. Instead, please include the original packing slip, or your full name, email address, and mailing address with the merchandise you are returning so we can match up the return to the correct account for the credit. Or, you can print off your ClickBank email invoice and include that in the package.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please do not use "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER" shipments as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/DHL/FedEx/UPS, etc) and may effect your refund eligibility. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
